About the humdrum of work... oh wait. Maybe not.

Hmmm... its been 15 days since i last blogged.

I had a so-so birthday. It was spent working and having dinner with my colleagues, and it wasn't even for my birthday. Haha... Didn't know what to get for myself, so i put it on hold. But Lin Lin gave me a nice surprise cakey. Heheh... it was nice. Tasted yummy... Hee... i was really happy with it. Heh... thanks lin lin! =*

Thanks to all who wished me happy birthday... Hee... now its super belated. I'm 27 + 2 weeks old. :P

Work has been like... umm... hectic? After Sze Wei went on reservist leave, my workload became 1.5x heavier. Hurr.. having to monitor his side of the work, and mine, totalled up to pure mayhem. To make things worse, there has been a series of site issues to handle lately. For the first time that i've been working in P******** i've never gotten so much things to write in my to-do list, or my O2. Pure mayhem. Like being hit with multiple barrages of mortar. Hahaha... XD

Doesn't do any good especially when you realise you're in bad shape. Neck ache and headache and other gremlins start creeping up to me. This is horrible.

Started having this pensive feeling after seeing a few photos of a nasty accident which happened in Singapore. Initially i dissed it as some overseas accident. It was only when i saw the crane and the SCDF ambulance that i became speechless. The sight of the victim just unnerved me. At that time i could only think about the poor victim's family. Imagine the searing pain of loss they have to bear. It just sent chills down my spine.

But it was also good because these kinda photos were a 反面教材, to teach you not to be complacent about safety, because as Murphy's Law puts it, "if anything can go wrong, it will."
