Seminar

Just attended a seminar today; its an international convention on deep excavations. I had difficulty trying to understand whatever the speakers were saying, but did managed to find some relevancy in the end.

Next time i think i'll need to read up geotech before coming. Lol. :X

Well the sorta highlight of the day was that i met my IA supervisor, and he could still remember me! But of course the stunner was when he asked me what i was doing here. Eh concrete man cannot come meh. ._.

I had a long weekend thanks to my leave, but i came back on Monday feeling that i had insufficient rest. =/

Friday was spent doing nothing at home. A misunderstanding sorta marred my day, but it was in-control afterwards. Well at least i think it was under control.

Met up with Qide and Mingshan for dinner at Manhattan Fish market. 3 guys chalked up a total of 82 something. Not bad right?

Saturday was spent with the BB boys in the morning watching Madagascar 2, after they could not get any lanes for bowling. Had lunch at Swensens, and i tell you, never ever tekan the boys. You'll never know what they're up to. :P

Sunday was spent with my relatives for BBQ, as xiao yi's son turned one year on Sunday. Lin lin went too and i'm glad she enjoyed herself. :D

Hope she can join my family for outings more often.. =)
