The last 2nd day of the year + some hopes for the new year

It's the end of the year 2008, a year of ups and downs.

For a change, i wouldn't want to recap on the events that passed this year, even though it was a year to remember. (just because i'm simply too lazy to do so, haha)

But there were certain milestones in my life though; they are:

- i graduated from NTU (at long last)
- i found a job immediately after my last day of IA
- i managed to hit my personal savings target of 10k, haha. Even though along the way i was so tempted by things that i liked and i bought them without any hesitation. LOL. Oh well, i'm not really ashamed of that; i do need to enjoy a bit every now and then...

With 2009 fast approaching, here are some of my resolutions/ targets:

- i want to grow in the Lord; 2008 was a year that was really busy; i feel like i drifted from Him ever since work started. However, i'm thankful to know that there are also brothers-in-Christ at my workplace. I hope to be able to spend more time reading His word.
- growing strong class, book 1. (baptism too; but i often wonder if i am ready for it.)
- saving harder; 20k or more this year? =)
- my relationship with lin lin to grow; lately there were abit of small problems with communication but with God's grace we managed to solve them. =)

Yup, so much for my resolutions. Look easy and yet at the same time difficult to achieve isn't it? =)
