It was a busy busy saturday today. Went to 3 sites, and out of which on one site i had to diffuse an angry customer who acts like a machavelian. Woo. I think if my manager went, she would have met her match. :P
I'm sometimes amazed at myself; i bitch non-stop to dearie about work, and sometimes it get real loud when i get real mad, but when it comes to situations like these, instead of unleashing the inner demon within me, (with the flick of the pop-loc button) i end up becoming the peacemaker instead. Strange, isn't it?
Perhaps this is what they call professionalism. Ha... like real... Just don't know why, really. Hahaha..
I got my recognition for all the liasing of site work which was carried out well. At least my planning skills are put into work. Hee... oh well... i'm happy because i feel useful. I don't really feel like i'm a minion now (compared to the rest who sit in the office and work as minions except a few) but at least when things are handed to me i am able to plan ahead, swap dates if necessary and get the job done well.
Guess i work better with little supervision. The lesser, the better. Haha...
Someone even commented that i have better potential than my senior engineer which my boss is trying to pull up as Senior Engineer/ Manager. Ha...
All in all, i guess opportunities are everywhere. If the place you are now doesn't give you any, look for it elsewhere!
